“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

I can eat a pound of Sunflower seeds pretty easily (and can eat them throughout the day without preparing them)... On top of that - they're about $3 a lbs. they provide a 55/45 split on Portein/Carbs. And provide tons of each.

I've been doing some research (on nutrional data sites) and for the price - i can't see a more resourceful thing to eat.

However, - how damaging is the 224g of fat? i've heard that nuts and seeds provide GOOD fats... but can 224g fat be good ever? anyone care to break this down for me?

These rules trigger a woman's subconscious attraction switches. And you can start using them tonight.

why, are you proposing to eat a lb of them a day?

they're perfectly fine to add in your diet but not at that quantity and at the expense of other foods. the protein in them is incomplete and the fats mostly unsaturated - you need complete proteins and a balance of fats (INCLUDING those horrible saturates at 30-50% of your overall intake). there'd likely be estrogen issues with taking in so many poly's on a regular basis as well.

if you need carbs, that's an awful lot of fat you need to eat just to get 80g carbs so I wouldn't consider them a carb source.

not to mention the satiety/digestive issues of only eating seeds.

feel free to include some though, as part of your overall diet (which should be based around protein, fat, fruit and veg and starchy carbs to your metabolic tolerances).

btw I've had more than 300g fat in a day before, it's perfectly safe.

basically i made a list of about 50 foods... filled in CAL, Carbs, Protein, fats... then figured out how much a pound would cost... i then looked over this chart looking for things to cut out or add based on cost (like if something cost $10 and provides the same nutriton as something that cost $4 - i will no longer buy the $10 thing; even if i like the taste more)... i'm really trying to watch my spending right now, and would like to cut my grocery cost down to $50 a week or something close (right now i'm close to $100)...

Sunflower seeds really stuck out to me as a way to REALLY cut down on cost of eating... but i kind of figured it couldn't be that simple... Otherwise, i'm sure someone would have thought of this before me...

If money is an issue then eggs (always whole), tuna, peanut butter, apples and frozen vegetables are cheap but still nutritious food choices. Not optimal but they get the job done.

Buy meat or chicken when it's on sale and fill up your freezer. If you use protein powder, buy in bulk online. Chicken thighs are cheaper than breasts, if you fear the fat peel it off. Buy the cheap and fatty ground beef, again if you need less fat you can rinse it off.

Reduce your supplementation to the basics: fish oil, strong multivitamin and vitamin C.
