“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

so over the past few months, ive gained a considerable amount of muscle. and of course, some fat, which is a consequence of trying gain mass. accordng to the body fat calculator at the gym, i am about 15% body fat and I weigh around 165lbs and I am b/w 5' 10" - 5' 11".

i wanna be more cut and lose these awful love handles that are being so stubborn. i wanted to know what the most efficient way of cutting was. i know im spossed to intake less calories. but what about the diet, i was thinking low-carb, but i do not risk losing a lot of muscle. any suggestions?

simple 'generic' way to lose fat without knowing any more information about you:
a) cut out junk food or anything inappropriate you're eating
b) cut your current carb intake roughly in half, replace with green vegetables
c) add cardio if you're not already doing it, if you are then add time to your current sessions or another session or two

this should get you going for a start. do this for a few weeks and afterwards change it up if it's not working, or if it is working, stick with it until it stops. then change stuff (less carbs, replace with fats, more cardio etc)

but without knowing what you're eating right now it's hard to give an exact specification

ps - at your current size I'd stick with trying to grow though

thanks for the quick response.

i thought about getting bigger. but i would prefer that surfer's body look. i do not want to increase my body fat than it already is, i want to be more leaner. im actually sort of confused what i want to do at the moment. i mainly wanna reduce the fat so i can reduce the chubby cheeks on my face.

if you (or anyone) is uncomfortable with their bodyfat levels then my advice would be always to reduce them first and then decide what you want to do. otherwise you'll half ass your muscle/strength gains worrying about your waistline.

the guidelines above should start you off. if you're in your teens then that's all you need to do, your natural metabolism should do the rest. if you're in your later 20's or want to get super ripped then you'll have to do other stuff after a while.
