Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.
Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers. Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.
I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

your test levels are still pretty high in your 20s. but if you train even semi-regularly you'll be deficient in zinc and magnesium at any age - the 'testosterone boost' thing is a selling point of ZMA where there's a lot more to it than that (and it's not gonna boost your test levels any higher than normal, if they were lower than that then your hormones were woeful in the first place).ssj4halo said:it won't hurt you if you do take it in your teenage years. Its just that your testosterone levels are pretty high. In your 20s they go down. I think if you are 19+ of age, you can go ahead and take it.
I agree. your test lvls will still be high in your early 20s. ZMA is magnesium and zinc, correct. I don't even TAKE the ZMA. Im just saying that it works. fish oil, creatine, and the others mentioned are all anyone would need.Warboss Alex said:your test levels are still pretty high in your 20s. but if you train even semi-regularly you'll be deficient in zinc and magnesium at any age - the 'testosterone boost' thing is a selling point of ZMA where there's a lot more to it than that (and it's not gonna boost your test levels any higher than normal, if they were lower than that then your hormones were woeful in the first place).
zinc and magnesium are important supplements to an athlete of any age, but other things come first (fish oil, strong multivitamin, green tea).
green and white tea is absurdly good for you and should ALWAYS be used as a staple of health. google for the benefits if you don't know them.ssj4halo said:IMO green tea is more for cutting, not for massing.
