A little background:

I'm a junior in college and during both my freshman and sophomore year I had a different girlfriend for the majority of the year. So during that time, I had no desire to try to pick up girls. As a result, I pretty much completely lost all my game. Freshman year...after I brokeup with my girlfriend I ended up hooking up with 2 other girls pretty often...but I didn't initiate it. In both situations, the girl approached me and I just threw a little game in to seal the deal.

For some reason now, my confidence has dropped significantly and I just can't get the balls to approach girls and get #'s. I feel like a lot of it has to do with not believing in myself and the lack of confidence lately. How can I regain my confidence? Past 2 years of college, I didn't care what people thought of me and it made me more laid back and easier to have a good time. Nowadays I worry about what people think of me and sometimes refrain from saying whats on my mind or doing things in general.

Also...I'd like to here some tips on how to pickup girls at college parties.

Try reading the DJ Bible all over. It happened to me before. Reading the Bible was very helpful
