“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Its funny because it see alot of people that do the split workouts.

Tricep/Back/Quads on Monday
Bicep/Abs on Tuesday
Legs Wensday
Chest/Shouders Thursday
Legs Friday

This is my current routine that i got/ spiced up and changed from a guy over at bodybuilding. The one above.

But whats the diffrence between that and doing

full upper body monday
full lower tuesday
upper wensday
lower thursday
upper friday

It just seems to be by isolating on certain days like the first technique that it would just take longer to build. Can anyone clarify this for me?

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

...and why you would dedicate an entire day to biceps and abs?
Ah i get what your saying, edited* Some guys over at bodybuilding.com are doing this (long term guys like effort that are here) And thats just what they are doing.

And EFFORT are you saying that you should rest a day between working out even if your not working the same muscle group, and in some cases the same body group (upper/lower).

Also being straight up please answer the question with a answer not a question.

My old workout routine was

Work every single muscle Monday
Rest
Same as monday on wensday
Rest
Same as wensday on friday.

This the best way?

Biceps are too small of a muscle to spend an entire workout on.

You need rest days in between so that your muscles can repair themselves. You don't grow while you're at the gym.

3 day splits are good because you can put more focus into certain muscle groups. Look at the sticky at the top of the forum...

“The 22 Rules That Turned Me From Invisible to Irresistible With Women… Starting Tonight”

You can skip the expensive cars, the fancy clothes, and the endless gym selfies. Completely unnecessary.

I used to freeze the second a beautiful woman looked my way. Frustrated. Awkward. Watching other guys walk away with the girl while I stood there tongue-tied.

Then I discovered 22 simple rules that rewired my entire dating life. The anxiety vanished. Conversations flowed effortlessly. Women started chasing me for a change.

These rules trigger a woman's subconscious attraction switches. And you can start using them tonight.

Ive been working out for years, i know i need to rest but what i guess im asking is if i dont work the same muscle two days in a row can i work out 5 days a week. Im new to that like i said i used to do m,w,f routines.

EFFORT will my test levels or glucose/aminos be cut by working out 5 days a week even if i dont work the same muscles?

Another reason im asking is because the strongest/biggest man i know works out 5 days a week. Just trying stuff out.

No, working out 5 days a week isn't getting you closer to your goals.

Im new to that like i said i used to do m,w,f routines.

Keep doing those

Can't say what exactly will happen to your test/glucose/amino levels, but you'll def be burning you cns out. Like Tyte said your muscles are not growing in the gym, you need time to recover. In terms of the muscle groups
theres still over lap and your still stimulating your cns with the workouts regardless.

Another reason im asking is because the strongest/biggest man i know works out 5 days a week. Just trying stuff out.

This logic here is one of the reason supplement companies make so much money. And why the majority of the "trying to get big population" in gyms across the world never aren't making much progress

I would hop on rip, and see how things go, pretty sure you can still make progress on that
