I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

Last saturday, I went on a hike to summit a 10,000ft mountain. Started out at about 7800 ft, but descended to about 6500ft. All in all is was about 8 hours of hiking over very rugged terrain with thin oxygen. That was last saturday and it's now Thursday and my calves are STILL so sore that it's hard to walk up stairs. The other muscles in my legs were sore as well, but those recovered within 2 days. But I really must have ravaged my calves on that mountain adventure. I know it was one of the most physically exhausting things I've ever done.

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

Doggcrapp had something posted up that a lot of people get good calf growth from leaning over and walking on their toes on a 15% treadmill incline.

It's now saturday, my calve muscles are about 85% recovered. I can still feel some latent soreness when I contract them, but they are now usable. This is the first time in my life that any form of excercise has left a muscle group sore for an entire week.
