I've had a pretty strong Tshirt tan (farmer's tan) for pretty much as long as I can remember and I used to be really self-conscious about it (I still am to a certain extent ><). I want to finally get rid of it this summer, any tips to get the glow in a short amount of time?

Actually, on occassion, I will put tanning lotion/moisturiser on my face, nobody notices it's fake. Infact, people comment on me being out in the sun.

Only use it in winter and very sparingly.

Actually I like the farmer's tan... your face looks good, which is probably most important, as do your arms.

But if you insist, go swimming or do whatever sports you do without a shirt. Like badminton, jogging, volleyball, tennis, biking or whatever you want (prolly not hardcore bike-racing though).

P.S.: Tanning lotion is THIS.
