Hey guys, quick question..

I've been doing my workouts in the morning, like around 6:20 till 7:00 (on and empty stomach) as I usually don't have time later in the day due to work and school, I usually do M-W cardio and T-Th-Fr muscle workouts. Usually I follow the workout with a whey protein shake and then breakfast, just curious if anyone else has tried this and what your results have been, ive been doing this for about 3 weeks now...

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

I heard its best to exercise in the morning, it gets your metabolism going for the whole day. The only problem is to eat before or after? Google it and you will have your answer.

There's a lot of stuff out that says the pre-workout nutrition is more important than post-workout.

Have something quick before lifting at least. Pro/carbs. Depending on the type of cardio, empty stomach is fine.
