I am 6 ft tall and weigh about 148 pounds...ive been working out in the gym and i use to weigh 153 pounds but the p90x program is making me loose the weight. I just want to know what is the recomended minimum weight i should be for my height so i can go from their to being ripped.
 

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

I'm no expert but it sounds like you are a LONG LONG way from being anywhere near ripped. You've got to either eat a sh!tload of steak and chicken or wear a fat suit or something. I'm 5'8" and 180lbs and I'm just starting to approach being thick and muscular looking.

my friend is doing that p90x stuff, he says it's pretty intense and has made him lose weight.

And to answer your question, if I understand it right. Go into the vault and look at the cutting and bulking guides. I think they have recommendations for how long you should do a cutting or bulking cycle. I think it's six weeks. If you arent fat hit the weights and eat everything. Keep up cardio not for the calorie burn but just to be fit. I weigh about 175 and Im 5 8, I have a six pack so without knowing you Im saying your target weight should be 148, now go bulk up!

Im 6'4 200 and i still wanna gain about 10-15lbs. You need to start eating baby cows every day.

153 pounds is already pretty skinny for 6 feet tall, why did you want to lose more weight? I don't know a healthy minimum for your height but it's not something you should aim for because you're likely already very skinny.

If you want to get ripped it's time to hit the weights and start eating a lot. Read some threads in the vault (especially this one and follow the diet) and make a journal on here so the other members can help you along. Good luck.

My question is how long have you been doing P90X? You'll lose weight (fat) in the beginning and gain muscle toward the end. That is if you're doing it they way they tell you to do it.
