“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

I've been back in the weight room consistently since April 21st, which is when I started my workout journal. My squats have gone up consistently, as well as my bench. However, my deadlift is far behind my squats, which does not make sense to me.

My form goes like this: I squat down and grip the bar over under, with my hands outside my knees. My shins are at the bar, my ass is down parallel with the ground. I push up with my hips, keeping my arms and back straight, staring straight forward, and come up with the weight.

I don't have anything to record with or I'd show ya'll. But does my description sound accurate? I really just want to know why my Deads are lagging so far behind on my Squats. Right now I'm squatting with 260 and Deadlifitng with 205.

I am squatting below parallel easily. Not quite ass to grass, but a couple inches from it. Honestly. I started doing squats in high school for football and wrestling, so I don't do chump squats.

I think you mean ass perpindicular with the ground, if so it sounds like you are going too low-although it varies depending on your biomechanics.

Look up Mastering the Deadlift parts 1,2,3 by Eric C. It will be on t-nation and other sites, and if you look in JohhnyIrish's workout journal it will be a few pages back from the end.

A video would be good though...

Thanks for the replies guys. I watched the T-nation videos and it turns out my ass is WAY too low. I'm talking about parallel, like squats. I'm gonna readjust that and work on my form, but I should be able to do way more weight now since I made it a lot harder than it's supposed to be.

When I do them, I push my feet through the ground as I lift and then drive my hips forward as soon as I can.

I did deadlifts today, just 1 x5, but I put on 225 lbs. This was pretty hard since I haven't got the form down perfect yet, but I'm still confused because I've heard deadlift is supposed to be higher than your squats and right now it's still nowhere near them. Any explanations/suggestions?

Keep going. It will probably surpass it soon enough. Squatting is better for mass anyway.

The initial drive on deadlifts is at the knees. The hip angle doesn't change until the bar reaches your knees. Extend the knees until the bar reaches the knees and then the hip angle opens as you drive your crotch into the bar. This more or less will happen if you just drag the bar up your legs the whole way.
