My question is this..

Hypothetically if 2 identical people work for 4 months and:

A) The first one works towards simultaneously making strength gains at the gym while also consistently loosing BF (watching calories for bf loss, keeping protein high, doing some carido likely HIIT)

vs

B) The second one does bulk and cut cycles. First concentrating on bulking for a few months (higher calories, concentrating on putting on lean mass but some fat will also be added) and then go through a cut cycle at the end to get rid of the gained bf.

Assuming they both put in the same effort and have similar diets except for the quantity of food eaten (calories), my question is which will have a lower bf and higher muscle mass? Will they be more or less equal? and why will is that the case?

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

Person A would have 16weeks of massing with a controlled bodyfat. This means person A will be able to gain muscle for 16weeks and not sacrifice any strength gains.

Person B would only have 8weeks of massing followed by 8 of cutting. The 8weeks of bulking would only gain them so much muscle then they have to jump into a cutting cycle lose a portion of the muscle they gained and also lose strength gains, so they'll end up slightly stronger and bigger at the end of the 4 months.

With that said i'd have to say Person A would be bigger with a lower bodyfat because they can constantly be bulking for the full amount of time while also keeping there body fat in check via carb cut offs/timed carbs/cycled carbs, cardio, green tea and other fat reducing supplements and they'll also be able to continue to make strength gains for the full 16weeks.

I'm a big believer in body types and genes. It all depends on your genes.

Some guys can hit the gym once a week and eat till their face turns blue and still be lean and strong.

Some guys hit the gym every day and struggle with keeping body fat off.

In my experience, cutting has never worked as far as keeping gains. Instead, packing on more quality muscle will increase your fat burning rate and will in turn help you work off that bad BF.

Effort:
Thanks man. I wanted to make sure I was on track as I've been the A person for some time now. Wanted to make sure I wasn't missing anything.

Yeah I'm not that type of person either.. I have to bust me arse to get it if I want it. Thats ok though.. I'll still get there. However it does make me want to beat the crap out of those that brag they get it so easy. lol :D

Also makes sense.. muscle burns more calories so the more muscle I pack on the more cal's I'll burn.. so that assists nicely with loosing bf.
