“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Friday night I had a friend take me out for some drinks and we got pretty hammered. I woke up late on Saturday and felt the effects of it.

I ran sarges Saturday and Sunday with fatigue. There's a point in my life where I have to take that extra step to achieve ultimate success. I am considering eliminating alcohol completely from my game.

I was wondering if I could get some feedback on those who don't drink or drink very little and how they go about it in social situations. Do you order Cokes, Waters when you go out? Are you ever tempted to drink?

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

not drinking alcohol is good for your health right?
Yes that is correct, google it.
There are SOME benefits for drinking red wine though I believe, but when you drink for the purpose of getting drunk, there are some future health concerns.

drink moderately in social settings. your problem comes from over doing it. don't drink alone. and don't drink to excess. you should be alright. pay attention to what your body tells you. treat it with respect.

Well, let's put alcohol into the context of this forum...
Abusing it wreaks havoc on your physiological state. If you're
involved in a serious physical regimen of exercise, you'll learn quickly
enough that heavy drinking does nothing to enhance your body's
state of well-being....

Now as for the emotional/social/mental aspects of boozing, do a search
in General or Mature, this subject has been covered lots.
