“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

but I just want to make sure.

If I make PR's and thus my muscles are growing and the scale says I'm loosing weight.. that must be all fat (and maybe some water) right?

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

I think you are right

If you are losing weight but you think you are gaining muscle mass ,then I think the decrease is due to loss of fat and water only!

A better place, a better time.
It is not necessarily ALL fat, but that's probably most of it. If you're not eating enough, the body can actually break down muscle to fuel itself, though this is rare.

Just keep in mind that it is basically impossible to develop strength while losing weight as quickly as you would if you were gaining weight. If you're losing weight it usually means you have a caloric deficit (energy expended > energy intake). This means your body is deprived of energy it could be using to build your muscles during your recovery phase.

But it all depends on what your fitness goals are, anyways.
