Just a Crossfit workout called "Cindy" on Steroids..
15 Pullups, 30 Pushups, 45 Body Weight Squats.. As many rounds as you can in 20 minutes. I managed 5 rounds, and it was miserable. Give it a shot, and don't knock it til you try it..
And just to clarify, no rest between exercises unless you hit failure, which I know I did.. Good Luck
