“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

About a month ago I was doing pullups and somewhere in my upper left back around my scapula i felt a slight pull. It didn't really hurt at the time but i quit lifting for the day.

The past weeks since then i've lost a lot of strength in chest and tricep exercises. But if i use the right side ONLY i'm still strong.

For example, today i went in and lifted my normal weight with my right side on DB bench and almost half of that with my left. They were equal a month ago. It really feels like my left side refuses to push. It's like it just won't listen. I tried to bench and i struggled with 95 lbs. ninety five lbs. :(

If i do pullups now my right is obviously pulling more and i'm leaning that way. Same with dips and tricep pushdowns. Rows are unaffected as well as squats and deadlifts.

Currently it feels a little stiff and sore in my left upper back if i tilt my head back and to the left. It doesn't hurt at all in general. Only if i tilt my head that way. I feel no pain doing ANY lifts. Oh, i also feel a tingling in my upper left forearm when i do this.

What's wrong with me? What can I do? I've had this sort of neck pain before throughout my life (not with any regularity or anything), but never this huge drop in strength before. I feel this is more than "wait for it to heal." I never take this long to heal from anything.

Don't say go to a doctor/chiro/whatever. That is obvious. I'm asking for ideas so i can research before i do that. I'm thinking some sort of trigger point or nerve compression is going on. If that's it, any idea which trigger point or nerve it would be?

Thanks

Well, sorry to dissapoint but whats wrong with going to the doctors/chiro/whatever? If t'were me, I'd be straight there instead of trying to fix it myself, could be serious and need rehab.

Oooook. Thats what I get for trying to help.

Point was chump change, that you SHOULD go to those people, wether you want to or not. We don't know, we can't diagnose you, we can't see you, we ARN'T DOCTORS. Get yourself to the Physio and tell him, because here's the kicker, he's going to have better knowledge about injuries than us! *GASP*

No, but instead of getting immediate diagnosis, prognosis and treatment, you want us to have a blind stab in the dark at possible causes, so you can look on wikipedia, or do the usual retarded "I'll just wait" routine, and try and act hard on the internet when people tell you you're being an ass-hat.

(It's alot easier to make a smart remark, when you arn't acting like a retard in the first place.)

Ya..um...i think you have mediclinical paranosis of the cerantial codon in your simulus side of the brian. Probably caused by over stressing your cortex muscles in the gotoadoctor part.

I wasn't being a smart ass. I really wanted the answer to my question.

so i can research before i do that
I AM GOING. In order for something to be referred to as a "before" object the secondary object has to actually happen. The secondary action in this case being going to the doctor. "I am going to the store before I go to the pool." See how that works? "Before" would make no sense if I didn't actually go to the pool because it would be "before" nothing.

I don't need a chorus of "go to the doctor" as if it's some epiphany when i AM ALREADY GOING. There's this thing called "waiting for the appointment day" where I can do stuff like, um, learn sh1t, so i don't show up completely ignorant like the doctor probably will be such as when i had a repetitive strain injury in my arm five years ago and he wouldn't do anything more than prescribe an inflammatory and i had to cure it myself.

Learning and understanding things is just one of those things I do. It's sort of like how I learned to not only read words but comprehend them so i wouldn't flip the sh1t needlessly when replying on a message board.

I also have an appointment on Monday with a massage therapist who used to work for the DC United soccer team a decade ago.

So I guess I'm marked as a smart ass because of your reading comprehension issues.

We don't know, we can't diagnose you, we can't see you, we ARN'T DOCTORS.
Logical fallacy.

Christ, I don't know why you're going to the doctor. Geez pal, you've cured yourself before, why do you need him/her?

Ooooh, because you have no earthly idea what the problem is, hence the need for a doctor, negating the point of this thread, because we have no over-the-net diagnosis skills (which, by the way was the point of my OP, nice comprehension) . Also mooting the need for research, so, darn, won't be able to be a back seat medic infront of the doc. Notice how no-one has given you an iron clad 100% diagnosis/possiblity? Apart from Kerpals stab in the dark, you have squat. So apart from the grammar lesson, this thread is pointless.

So, I guess what I'm saying, in simple terms (seeing as you can look past words, but your comprehension isn't superb), is that wether or not you've got a compulsive need to impress professionals like doctors (which I'm linking to a failure to achieve those aspirations yourself, and a subconcious desire to be "higher, or just as good" you "prove" yourself, and your intelligence. Oh look - I do have over the net skills), you can't.

You're going to have to go in there and say "hey Doc I got this problem" and he'll say "well ok, let me examine you".And the kicker is even if you DID find something plausbile, you'd say, "hey Doc, I think I have psudeo-grammar-teacheritis", and he'd say. . . "Well ok, let me examine you". See what the problem is? He doesn't give a monkeys how much research you've done. He'll go about his business just the same. . .

P.S What's the fact the massuse (sp), worked with a crappy soccer team ten years ago got to do with anything?
