I was taking a walk outside on my lunch break feeling unconfident and depressed, but then was thinking about some of my life sufferings (depression, anxiety) and some of the things I did in life that took some small amounts of courage. I said to myself....."I AM A WARRIOR". When I repeated this several times, I imediately felt this surge of confidence flow through my body and my posture and walk became improved.

I guess I meant to say REMEMBER all of the times in your life when you have done something courageous or something that took alot of physical endurance (you ran a marathon) or you have been through a traumatic event!

All of these things should make you feel good, because they build confidence!

If you say you're a warrior to yourself only to feel good but not to act like one, then it's exactly as unefficient as the nerds who keep on talking about how strong is their character is in X fictive game.

Otherwise, if you use it as a motivation to act and improve yourself, then, you're doing the same thing as athletes do. And it's really good. It's one of the human strenghts, when comparing to animals.

What differenciates fiction with reality is often only a matter of time...
