Creative ideas for asking for prom

Actually, I am going to be attending a Black and White Ball in two weeks, basically it is a Prom for Adult Folks. So have to ask this girl that I have been hanging out with. I guess I would like to be creative.

Any suggestions of what guys have done for their prom.
 

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Go up to her and ask "Hey, would you like to go to prom with me?"

lol I have a friend that made his own fortune cookie that said will you go to prom with me inside it. This one person took the girl's phone, changed his name to will you go to prom with me, gave it back and called her. What I did was I called the girl and said "I have something special for you, come to my house and I'll show you." It was the guest permission slip for prom.

haha that second one is awesome :D

But don't feel like you need to do something special....oftentimes, it can be overkill.
