“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

Usually I feel very tired when I wake up in the morning. Today, for some reason, I feel very awake and energetic. I want to replicate this every morning.

Some things I remember:
-I worked out at 8 PM, and slept at 10:30 PM. I had no post workout food.
-Had very vivid dreams
-I wake up every night to use the bathroom. Usually this is at 3:30 AM. Today for some reason it was at 2:30 AM

Some link it it stress and "having something to wake up to," but I don't believe it. Any ideas?

Today I'll try the same routine.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

I wouldn't recommend eating nothing post-workout and THEN going to bed.

That takes quite a toll on your body. At least eat a piece of fruit and a protein shake afterwards.

The starvation will lead to vivid dreams. After fasting for 5 days, a few weeks back, my dreams were insanely real.

You're liable to eat away muscle by not eating post-workout, then going to bed.

you probably felt great because you had good sleep. when i get 8-9 to nine hours i can go all day and feel great.

if i only get a few hours my confidence, strength, ect plumits beyond imagination. i only recently realized how important sleep was.

i go to bed to get 8 hours no matter what is going on

I usually wake up feeling great when I have something to look forward to.
Thats why I usually wake up early on the weekends full of energy to go and hangout with friends or to go out and have a great time.
