I've noticed that when we plan to meetup http://www.meetup.com/ that the majority of men confirm it, whereas the majority of the women members say "maybe" which we all know means "I'm too 'busy' or 'good' for you/catch me if you can" and that they're likely saying that they will not show up when they say "maybe." And of course, most of the people in the NO section are women.

They Are the weaker sex.
