2% milk ? or Whole milk? what kind of milk do you drink?

Title explains everything, which one do you drink and why? I usually drink whole milk but i tried 2% and i like it too.

is one healthier than the other?

and mixed with protein is absolutely amazing !!

I never drink milk alone, ALWAYS with protein, eggs and olive oil. It seems to have the same effect as eating meat !!
Theres been some days when I couldn't eat enough food and I had to substitute a liquid diet. The next day I would wake up feeling full and looking solid !!

the beautiful thing about milk, oil, raw eggs and whey is it seems to react like a solid food during digestion. Don't mean to gross anyone out, but if you just take whey protein on a day when your not eating right you'll probably get diarrhea, but with the milk and eggs, its like eating solid food WITH A HUGE AMOUNT OF PROTEIN AND NUTRITION...and because its milk it digests slowly meaning you'll absorb A LARGE AMOUNT of nutrients, its perfect so drink up bitches !!

i use caseine (muscle milk) instead of milk cuz im in a cutting diet. in a bulk diet i drink low fat milk or soy milk

whole, homogenized & pasteurized. if i could get my hands on raw whole milk inexpensively i would.

one problem with anything less than whole is that the processors can legally add powdered milk to 'bulk up' their product. powdered milk contains oxidized cholesterol. they don't have to label accordingly, so there's no way to know if you're drinking it.

0.1% fat milk. Goes down easy, less saturated fats.

It's for humans too.

I get the lactose free stuff (Lactaid whole milk). It's a lot more expensive but it tastes better.

Why is everyone drinking 2% and below? Is it because fear of fat or better taste? Doesn't saturated fat increase testosterone levels?

Thats the way I have been drinking my Milk 0% no fat and use it with the Whey protein, oliver oil and raw egg's. I use to drink Soy Milk and I heard all this stuff about it effecting testostrone so I just decided to switch back over and really sense doing so I feel much stronger in my workouts.

Actually its not, which is why so many people are lactose intolarent.

I drink whole milk...gotta get swole.

I drink soy milk. Regular milk messes with my throat. I can eat dairy (butter, yogurt, cheese, cottage cheese, ice cream, ect... ) just fine, and whey protein is awesome, but straight up milk makes me feel like I'm sufffocating.

pasteurization destroys enzymes, vitamins, and other micronutrients. it's widely believed that it doesn't mangle the proteins or oxidize the cholesterol, but the truth is that nobody knows b/c nobody with money has the incentive to find out.

homogenization allegedly does strange things to the fat in order to get it to distribute evenly through the milk.

I drink 1% milk mixed with 1% chocolate milk blended with whey and soy protein. I'm considering switching to a soy milk. The reason I drink 1% instead of skim is because some vitamins are fat soluble.
