I was just wondering. I drink Apple Juice/OJ/Gatorade almost every day, and that stuff has a lot of sugar. Is that bad if I am trying to get a flat stomach/Abs?
I drink the juice just for the "Vitamin C" but was just wondering if all of this sugar is having a negative effect on me trying to get Abs?
By the way, I very rarely drink soft drinks and when I do it is always Diet.
