Low Self Esteem - If she has no self-esteem, then how can you trust her? She'll do most likely anything to get that esteem up.

Lazy: How does she expect to live? Comfortably, since you'll be the one bringing the money in the house and make sure that the bills are paid and the house gets cleans. Can you accept it?
Big spender: Unless she's born filthy rich AND she's the beneficiary of a generous trust fund, if she does not work -therefore she doesn't know how money is earned- and on the other hand she knows how to spend ALL YOUR MONEY, you'll be soon spiraling down the dark cliff of DEBTS.
