Silence is Golden, But Only for Women

"We have these gender stereotypes where we expect men to be dominant and assertive," Sellers told LiveScience. "And if they're not out there speaking and taking charge of situations they're accused of not being a man."
This is kind of an interesting study in that it validates what I've proposed before about women filling the "power vacuum" when their LTR/Husband can't or wont fill the masculine role. This takes it a bit further and goes into the societal perceptions we have of couples where this imbalance is obvious.

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

The scientists suggest gender stereotypes are to blame for study participants' negative views of couples breaking the mold.

"We reasoned because men are expected to be in a position of power over women, couples in which the woman is verbally dominating the man would be rated more harshly than couples that adhere to the traditional role,"

The so-called "scientists" are wrong!! The dominant make and submissive female has nothing to do with "gender stereotypes" or "traditional roles" - it is The Natural Order Of Things... http://www.sosuave.net/forum/showthread.php?t=50480

whether or not some of us or all of us believe it is the natural order of things, that still doesnt change the fact that "stereotypes" is what led these opinions negatively on the "untypical" relationship

you go into a store and take a handful of people, poor, rich, ugly, gorgeous...i personally think they all have the same opinion based on what we are accustomed to knowing to be "appropriate"

..what i WILL disagree with though is that by being more "verbal" than your partner you show more dominance. IMO being more verbal means you havent gotten your point across from the beginning. you shouldnt have to verbalize EVERYTHING
