Taking ZMA without capsules

Hello all

I just had a question. I have recently started working out and have bought some zma capsules (Body Fortress brand, from Holland And Barrett). Upon reading the ingredients I foud that the outer shell of the capsule is made of gelatine.

I don't eat animal products and was wondering whether it is ok to take the contents of the capsule and take the powder form or whatever form it is in. I'd probably put it in a little water and swallow it whole.

Stop buying stuff at H&B and just buy the minerals seperately (way cheaper). Otherwise if you can open the cap yep, it's fine to take seperately although the taste might not be too good.

theirs also ZMA powder which you can make a drink out of with water, tastes like rootbeer.

Cheers Warboss and eminence. I put the contents in some water but it wont mix. I just swish it in my mouth with some water and swallow. Not the best tasting supplement. Like yoguart flavoured chalk!
