I've noticed that when I've been talking to a girl and it's come time to end the conversation, when I go in for the number close, I sometimes get met with last minute resistance even if the conversation has gone well. Generally, this happens with hotter girls.

Anyway, I've noticed that offering not to take it if she won't hang out seems to get her to to almost push it on you.



Example:

Nex - "Well, hey, give me your number. We'll go do something sometime."

HB8 - "Well, I'm usually pretty busy."

Nex - "Ah, well then in that case, nevermind. There's no point in me taking your number if we're not going to do anything." (then turn to leave)

HB8 - "No, no, it's cool! We'll do something. Here it is."

A simple "alright, then..." wouldn't even have worked, I'm sure.
So that outcome is totally against the obvious! LOL

This should work, as long as the interest is high enough. She doesn't want to make it look like you got her too easily, so a little remark like that will push her over the edge and you'll get the digits.

Of course, it could totally backfire if she really isn't interested...

"Ah, well then in that case, nevermind. There's no point in me taking your number if we're not going to do anything."

"Ok bye."
