I am 19yld, and am finding it hard to communicate not only with girl, but guys too...by having this problem im feeling depressed and more isloated. For most people my age they enjoy life' going out clubbin, and other activities. But i find myself at home on friday nights and weekends...i havent got loads of mates that i can go out with' just because all my mates are pakistani, which means they got a strict way of life and also means am stuck at home again.

Its really started get bad' am starting to get blackouts...i badly need a social life now or am going to crack!!

I really need some B.I.G advice !!!!

I think you know the answer. Go make some new friends that enjoy what you do. It doesn't mean you have to dump your current ones. If you're getting blackouts maybe it's time to see a doctor. Only you make yourself feel isolated.

Dont feel bad man, there are alot of people out there who dont have much of a social life either, building a social network takes time man. Before you head into the real world, try working on your confidence....confidence will get you a long way man.

Don't look at this time as depressing, look at it as time for you to grow. I say pick up a hobby or join a club that you are interested in. That way you already have something in common with the people there and it will make socializing easier.
