I met with an ex-girlfriend recently, and we had quite a lot of fun... didn't have sex though, she "didn't want to give it all to me at the same time" yet I fondled her a lot and etc. And she said she wanted to go at it again. And then when I talked to her next time, she said she changed her mind and it isn't her to sleep with a guy she isn't dating and she feels like a slut and doesn't want to do it anymore... any way I can change the situation around?

You need to find out why she feels like a slut. What kind of nonsense has been forced on her. Who is she listening to, her dad, her pastor, the news. You need to gather some intelligence, then work with what you discover.
