After doing martial arts for a while and throwing countless kicks plus now doing squats and deadlifts, I think the top of my legs are starting to put on mass. I've noticed increasing discomfort for my nuts though. Not that they hurt, but it just feels like there's not much room for them anymore and I feel like I have to keep my legs wider when sleeping or sitting to be comfortable. Have you guys had the same happen as you worked out your legs?

You guys may be laughin, but at first I had no idea what was causing the discomfort and considered seeing a doc.

I feel like the discomfort is getting worse. I'm now convinced it has nothing to do with working out. Just doesn't feel right. I'm going to have to set up an appointment with a doctor as much as I hate going to hospitals for any reason. Honestly, I'm scared sh*tless about this. Lance Armstrong was in his early 30s like I am when he came down with testicular cancer.

Im sure youll be alright man. But yeah its always good to go to the doctors.

But dude I also have the same problem, the thing is though I walk alot so I dont know if its making my legs bigger or if im getting fatter.Or are my nuts getting bigger?

The only remedy I can think of is gather as much loose sack skin as you can grab, then staple the skin to your inner thighs. Basically you pull your sack up, and staple it up...
