Something I've noticed about the guys I know that seem to have HB's fighting over them and never really have any problem with women are guys that have one special thing about them that separates them from the herd. Everyone knows them because of the one thing that they are amazing at. It could that a sport or the ability to dance like nobody's business. One guy I know plays soccer and is freakin awesome at it and people recognize him for it even thou nobody at my school gives a sh!t about soccer really. Another guy I know can juggle better than any circus freak and he has to practically beat the girls away with a stick.
Ok point is that I believe everyone has at least one thing they are exceptional at that can lead them to better success with DJing or just making your life a little more interesting. So EXPLOIT it! Let people know what makes you special and go places and do things so people will notice your abilities. If you're good at guitar, join a band, if you can act, find a play or some sort of production, etc. Let the world know how great you are and the world will show respect.

Its true. I busk from time to time with a guitar and I got a few numbers when I was only trying to make money, a good advantage to my panhandling. Might've been because I was shirtless too, but hey, whatever works works. In fact, I remember a group of girls listening to me and my friend jam once. She was saying, "Yea everyone has been bringing guitars up here lately." So I got kind of curious and asked her about it, and she explained. "Last time I was up here some kid was getting pushed around on a cart and playing guitar at the same time." I started laughing since she was describing what I did a week earlier.
