Am I depressed?

I have problems waking up. I could go to bed at 9, at 10, at 11, don't matter. I still sleep 9 hours a day. Alarm, two alarm, or three simply does not work. I can not wake up at 5 am like I used to two months ago.

I asked here about this, advice was to go to bed earlier. Obviously that does not help. Something have changed two months ago.


Things that I know changed:


A) I stopped taking multi vitamins. (I ordered bottle today)

B) I got a bike and biked 10+ miles daily as my transportation.

C) I stopped lifting.

D) I stopped cardio. (bike appears to be a bad cardio while commuting)

E) I've lost a lot of weight, 40 something lbs in 3 months, and now, I somewhat feel I'm there. I got confidence, etc... People view me differentely, etc, etc... Not a fat guy no more.


Yet... I have more to go to be that cover on men's health. I want to get there.


While I was training 2 months ago and before, I kept house clean, kept my desk clean, everything was up to date, from bills to computer stuff. 2 months ago though, as I got a bike, I put all my energy into it, and now I have two tables full of parts and tools I can't seem to clean those, my desk was cluttered for 2 months, and I just have these little thing to do. Except I don't get to do them. I can, but I won't. It seems that I just choose to go out biking and say to myself, when I come back I do those chors.


Is this a sign of depression?


Whatever. My plan is to hit it today. I have a small job, I come back from there and put the place together. Then go to bed early and wake up tomorrow at 5 to start my routine over. Then weights later tomorrow. It's been long over due.




P.S. My spirits are great actually. I feel like I can go out there and bike for 20+ miles in this heat, and I could. It's just there are no spirits for other sh1t.
 

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

9 hours is a normal amount of sleep for someone under 30, especially if you're even remotely active. don't freak out.

Mmmmm. It's 12.48, and I'm fvcking drunk. I don't think Ill be waking up tomorrow at 5.
