Hey guys, just bot a bottle of Flaxseed tablets; was reading up on them in this forum. Is there any particular details I should look for in the bottle? As there were a large amount of selections and varieties for this.

Also, I was going to get fish oil tablets.. but somebody told me not to get them. I was also told that Fish oil and flaxseed tablets do the same thing...

Anyway, just want to know what details I should post on here to ensure that this will actually benefit me. :)

you MUST get fish oil.

you can add flax oil/seeds after you have your EPA/DHA needs covered

flaxseed tablets? why not buying just flaxseeds?
