“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Occasionally, when I get in a scrunched up position, I get a sharp pain a few inched down and to the right of my abs. I got it at the last 3 judo practiced I went to when drilling soei nage, (right when you turn your back to the opponent). I also felt it when I was putting weights away and I squatted down low to rerack a 45. At first I though it was just my cup getting positioned weird and digging into my abdominal area, but its not.

It happens occasionally and I have trouble recreating the position that causes the pain, but it is whenever im scrunched up (like a sloppy deep squat with bad form). Sorta like a fetal position. I have not gotten this pain while doing deadlifts, proper squats or BJJ practices. Just seoi nage and sloppy deep squats. ( I was doing a sloppy deep squats when putting weights away for my job, not when actually doing squats). When I get the pain, I straighten up, and I still have a 'feel' of that pain for a couple seconds. Other then that I feel fine all the other times.

Is this a potential hernia or something?

BTW: Seoi nage

I'll see a doctor about this, but I have feeling he/she won't know what to make of it since I only have it only at select positions and only a fraction of the times I am in those positions. The doctors on campus are kinda dumb . . . I have a feeling most of them got the job via connections.

Like, a few inches below your belly button and to the right?

wow, I happen to have the exact same thing except mine was kinda more like 3 inches down and 1 to the right lol but generally same area... I haven't felt it in quiet a while though it would always bother me during ab exercises such as the bicycle mostly, and not really much else...

I do not know what it is though lol, and I was/still curious myself, if I press there I can feel some pain... I hope it's nothing serious and I'm kinda relieved knowing I'm not the only one

I can press on mine and it doesn't hurt. Actually I went to judo practice today and did the throw, except I kept my core tight and back arched as if I was doing a squat, and I didn't get the pain.

If you can press it anytime and it hurts, you defiantly need to see a doctor. Come to think of it, I need to see one as well.

Someone on another forum said it could be a potential or partial hernia. I have no idea what to do about this. My guess would be to work on core with perfect form (don't scrunch).

Have you considered seeking the advice of a doctor?

with the little info you give us, it's hard to tell you what you have.

Does it affect you when you urinate? i.e. does it hurt when you take a leak?

No, it don't feel it at all except for occasional incidents where I strunch up. Think of doing squats in a fetal position.

it could be a hernia but it also could be your appendix which is located around where you are talking.
i had funny pains for 2 years but they were right around my belly button, but to the side. it was a big ass kidney stone that was stuck in my kidney. you could have one of those.
if the pain gets bad enough, you will go to the dr and find out, right?
