“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Folks, would you consider the protein in shakes like Met-RX 40 or Grand Slam 50 as bad or good cholesterol? I tend to drink those things at least twice a week. The first one has 10mg of cholesterol; the second has 40, and I'm worried about my arteries getting clogged due to my increased consumption.

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

first, and less importantly, those amounts of cholesterol are tiny and insignificant compared to the amount of dietary cholesterol in any other source of protein (meat, eggs, etc.)

second, and more importantly, dietary cholesterol is not correlated to blood lipid levels (hdl, ldl, triglycerides) in most individuals. lowering the amount of dietary cholesterol you consume is not correlated with heart health.

Re: So What Happens if I Stop Drinking Them?

I appreciate you sharing that, Throttle. My second question is, does anyone think that if I stop drinking those protein shakes, I will lose all the weight and muscle mass I have so far built and start getting skinny again?

not if you replace it with an equal amount of protein from another source. if you fail to keep that amount of protein in your diet, however, all bets are off, and you're likely to see some loss of mass. but there are cheaper sources of protein than the sort of pre-mixed shakes you listed above, if long-term cost is your concern.

I got a question, anyone know where to buy Met 40's in bulk?

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

I agree with Throttle. I was going to say I wouldn't even worry about it, and that's the last of your worries.

People think in general cholesterol is BAD, and you should avoid it at all costs. Truth be told, you need it, and hence why they always suggest you get SOME red meat in the week.

You need to think about CALORIES in general, and not rely on the protein shakes.

You could drink 5 a day, and if you are still at a 1,000cal deficit for gaining, it doesn't matter.

The answer is that if you STOP eating you'll lose weight. Calories calories calories. Protein/Carbs/Fat ALL of it is important.

Re: It's Tough

From the way things are going, I may not be able to afford to buy those protein shakes much longer. I'm spending a lot of money on them and don't currently have a job that's helping me make up for the amount of money I'm spending. As you all know, even to eat right, you still need money. I'm in a rough situation right now financially.
