The recent undertaking of a new job and my studying, lectures etc have meant that its only possible for me to get to the gym on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays, ie, 2 workouts on 2 consecutive days.
Is this a major problem, I mean, obviously I work different bodyparts on Mon. (chest, triceps, traps) and Tues. (Back, biceps) and then Shoulders and legs on Fri.
Should I switch routines, keep it as it is, do Monday morning/tuesday evening etc? Advice would be good.
