how do you knowwhen youv gained bulk. some dudes do it with a measurement tapes. what i mostly do is i got this medium sized t-shirt. now after each workout trying it on to see if its tight for me. if it isnt then i havnt gained well.its like im never content i always want to gained more mass. most times i see my self smaller than i actually am and other times more than .
 

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

If you're going to judge by your t-shirt, than don't try it on after every workout. Throw it in the closet for a month. You're not going to 'gain bulk' from a single workout.

I judge myself by the 'nekid factor'. I take my dashing good looks, divide it by my outstanding physique, than multiply it by my low body fat which gives me a feel good 'nekid' number............... Basically I look in the mirror.


For those who live under rocks. Nekid = naked, with attitude.

*don't believe the scale, water retention can cheat the numbers.
