“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

It seems to me that whenever I am tired, my confidence wavers more easily. I have no problem feeling exuberent escapes me, and therefore my "out ward" confidence. What I mean by "out ward" confidence is that I feel confident on the inside, but I don't show it, and this affects my performance. Heck, on certain days it affects my true confidence. (I'm dealing with that issue as we speak. I'm reading and applying the DJ Bible on a day-to-day process, and it's happening less and less.)

This almost exclusively occurs when I am tired. It's not even when I am stressed out, only tiredness. I've tried going to bed earlier, and I get the same results. I'm not normally an active person (that'll change during the summer, however) but even yesterday I was doing stuff all day, from swimming, to tennis, to riding my bike down to the pizza shop with my friends. Normally, I wake up the next day and I feel good. Yesterday, though, I woke up late, and I was tired until about 10:50 A.M. or so. (I get up at 6:00 normally.) I hate feeling tired because it kills all motivation for me to do anything.

Summary
1. I feel tired, even when I've been active the whole day
2. It affects my performance in school and with women.
3. Exclusive to when I am tired.
4. Doesn't occur when I'm stressed (although it shouldn't be ruled out completely.)
5. I'm not normally an active person (and not entirely in shape, either, but I'm working on that.)
6. I fall asleep around 11:00 P.M. and wake up around 6:00-6:20 on an average day.

Question
What can I do to feel less tired throughout the day? Is it a diet change or a physical change that I need to deal with here?

You can skip the expensive cars, the fancy clothes, and the endless gym selfies. Completely unnecessary.

I used to freeze the second a beautiful woman looked my way. Frustrated. Awkward. Watching other guys walk away with the girl while I stood there tongue-tied.

Then I discovered 22 simple rules that rewired my entire dating life. The anxiety vanished. Conversations flowed effortlessly. Women started chasing me for a change.

These rules trigger a woman's subconscious attraction switches. And you can start using them tonight.

when i was 15, i was only getting 6-6.5 hours of sleep per night, tops, and in retrospect i should have been getting more. the typical recommendation @ 15 is appx. 8.75, which obviously more than you're getting and a lot more than i ever did.

being active helps, moving your diet away from simple carbs can help. if you say a bit more about your typical diet perhaps we can diagnose more specifically on that dimension.

a true stress response will produce enough adrenaline and other hormones to ward away some of the more obvious symptoms of sleep deprivation -- but when the stress goes away or wears you completely down, you probably end up in an even worse position.

How anyone can function on under 8 hours of sleep is a mystery to me.

In my teen years I would average 10 hours a night.

Even now, in my early-mid twenties I try to be in bed at 1030 for a 7 AM wake-up.
