I read that taking aspirin decreases your testostrone anyone know how much it is that causes it or how long it is decreased? I take one 325 a day.

Also, I have heard that Soy Milk isn't good for building muscle but I have used it in my cereal since 2001 and don't seem to see any adverse effects but since I don't drink dairy milk what other sources are good to drink for building muscle since Soy Milk isn't the best?

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

Why do you take one a day?

People will disagree but I think soy milk is a sh1t protein. it's better on your cereal than dairy milk though.

What to drink to build muscle? Protein powder and eggs!

I highly doubt that all the bad things about soy (especially for men) are outweighed by the marginal benefits over regular dairy.

I started taking one a day several years ago after listening to this heart doctor saying it increases your life expectances and drops your chances of having a heart attack in some way so I just started taking one a day for good measure.

Protein powder and eggs is what I do now I buy the Omega-3 eggs that have a 660mg of Omega-3 the most on the market and buy them at Wal-mart.

I've never heard of aspirin doing that. But then again, I'm no doctor. But most GP's are full of sh!t anyway.

I actually think the omega3 eggs are a scam. Like omega3 mayo and omega3 olive oil. lol. I'd just buy the cheaper, regular eggs and get in my fish oils.

If you HAVE to have cereal and milk, go for soy milk or lactose free milk.. but neither are solid bodybuilding choices anyway.

I've heard of aspirin doing that, but it always seemed to be one of these "decrease your .1% risk by .0001% by paying tons of money to pharmaceutical companies who are going to rip you off when you do get sick anyway" things. Heh, I guess it gets to the point where you want to put everything on your side.

Thats the way I use the Soy Milk only in my cereal.

In some ways I think alot of this stuff is crap too or just marketing hype about the Omega-3 eggs which are suppose to have them naturally anyway but I guess I just buy them anyway just in case and wait and see if something hits me in the ass as I leave the store lol!

I guess its like if you see a dude thats say 110 years old and has the brain of a 25 year old and he eats corn bread everyday it's like hell let me start eating corn bread too maybe I'll have the brain of someone like him when I get that age lol!

It's like... I'll try it just in case as you just never know about alot of this info going around... some of it is good info and some of it is just downright bullsh*t.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

i generally agree on the olive oil & mayo (and peanut butter, and everything else they're trying to jam it in), but there's one reason I think the eggs are a better idea. the only reason modern chicken eggs don't already have lots of omega-3 is that the hens are typically fed a very unnatural diet of mostly corn feed.

specialty farmers bump the omega-3 content mainly by putting the hens on a more natural diet. so in a way, it's very paleolithic (in the odd sense that chicken eggs could ever be considered paleolithic, lol)

they make balancing your fats easier, because they mostly replace fats already inherently in the eggs. and most guys who take this stuff seriously eat a LOT of eggs.

the mayo & oil sound 'fortified' which i don't trust, but putting hens on a natural diet is just 'back to the future'

are they worth a 100% price premium? meh.
