I've weighted in the evening, about 4 hours after workout and then again in the morning as I always do. The difference was in the morning I lost 2.5 lbs of muscle.

Is there anyway to prevent this muscle loss?

Now, my program is targeted at loosing weight and body fat, which Im able to do well. I'm working with understanding that I'll loose some muscle as part of process, I have no problems there. My weight lifting, cardio, and diet is so that I metabolize as much as possible. In 2 months my muscle mass stayed pretty much unchanged, fluctuating up and down, up after workout, and down the day after, when I'm about to begin my next round 48 hours later I have pretty much same amounts of muscle, BUT my muscle tone is improving. I've been able to loose 6% body fat, and some 30 or so lbs.

Besides the diet, is there anything else I can change that will help me build muscle. Does glycogen or creatine gives me what I want? If I don't loose that build up muscle, I should be able to have more of it, which will increase my metabolism even more.

My scale shows muscle mass along with body water %. Under MM it showed that I lost 2.5 lbs. Is it possible?

Everyone's weight fluctuates throughout the day.

Also, how can a scale possibly accurately tell you your muscle mass? It can't.

Calm down.

Muscle/fat/water scales are **** unless you get tested in a lab. Trust me, you're not losing muscle.

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.
