Ok here's the deal. On my floor at my dorm we are flooded with hot girls. The other day I decided to just swallow my guts and introduce myself to the 2nd hottest girl and It turns out she like best friends with one my boys girl. I chilled in her room with her twice and got her number. but yesterday I kinda felt like I bothered her too much cus I gave her something I borrowed from her back and texted her if she had some medicine. So know I feel as if I should leave her alone for a day or two to see if she'll hit me up or not. I also forgot to mention that I always have her laughing. Does this sound like a good idea??
 

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Well you better take her out pretty soon somewhere or you're going to get into the "friend zone" pretty quickly I think, and even then its easy to screw it up unless you know what you're doing. Just don't spend too much time in her room unless you're making out or f-ing her, otherwise she'll feel you're "always in her room" and it'll come across as needy or something.

The situation isn't delicate at all. You are already reading into it too much, you care too much about her already, you met her a few nights ago and you are already sweating about whether you are bothering her too much or not.
