Any good homemade Mass Weight Gainer Shake Recipes?

so far I have this:

2 bananas
1 cup of cereal (cheerios or trix)
2 scoops of chocolate syrup
2 scoops of whey protein powder
2 cups of milk

comes out to +1,000 calories. also pretty easy to drink

any other good ones?

- 1 tablespoon linseeds
- 400ml skim milk
- 1 medium sized banana
- 3 apples
- 3 tablespoons low fat natural yoghurt
- 100g oats
- 1 tablespoon activated barley
- 3 scoops maltodextrin
- 3 scoops whey protein

Method:
- Blend linseeds, milk & chopped banana
- Add apples, whey, barley & maltodextrin, blend
- Add oats, yoghurt, blend

Nutritional Breakdown
Protein - 101g
Carbohydrates - 246g
Fat - 19.6g (Saturated - 4g)
Fibre - 27.3g
Calories - 1513

-50g casein powder
-Teaspoon whole egg powder

Yeah. I drink the same thing. Except instead of two scoops of whey, I just add a bag of sugar instead.
