Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

basically, the size of your muscles is determined by the load you lift. your muscles will get as big as necessary to lift the 40lb barrel you have, after that they'll stop growing. to make them grow more you'll have to make them lift 50lbs, 60lbs, etc..

Force. The faster you lift, the more stress there is on the system.

What's harder? Running REALLY fast for 100m or walking?

Wouldn't lifting a little slower be better since the muscle is under a heavy load for a longer period of time?

I don't know...just asking.

No. Because then you would have to lower the weight. So you can endure it for longer period.

Unless you're going for that type of thing.

I'm going after size and strength myself. Big weight, moderately fast lift.

Not too fast so its explosive and you may pull something like sprinters do.
