PC Muscle Routine

since the pc muscle is a muscle i was wondering if there is any routine you guys do. so far all i do is 200 clamps a day. is that enough or is there something any of you have done that brung you results

I wouldn't overthink this one. I doubt "overtraining" the PC muscle will give affect your gains haha. I find myself doing them randomly through out the day like when I'm sitting in class or at work (completely unnoticeable to others)

Holds
"Buildups" - Slight squeeze, then every set time increment, squeeze a little harder

Ex "Routine"

5second squeezes (30)
60 Quicks
5 Buildups
