“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

OK, when I do my Clean & Press so I can do Squats when I bring the bar back down my right arm just inside the elbow area hurts like a son of a bi*ch.

Now I am right handed and my left is OK but can't figure out what the heck this is and today while getting out a 24 pack of bottled water I go to lift it up and dam I almost couldn't lift it up I felt weaker.

Now I have gone to a 3 day a week workout as of last week and each body part should be getting a weeks rest but is there a injury here or is this a weak link I need to bring up to par or is it a ligment injury?

It won't hurt all the time only when I lift.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

OK, so does this mean I won't be able to Clean and Press since this is the lift that seems to bring it on or should I just lay off of it or go lighter or after each lift put ice on it?

The reason I Clean & Press is because I don't have a squat rack and I have to Clean & Press in order to do my Squats. I know I need to be getting one and I am but there was a time there was no such thing as Squat racks and back then they did what I do so for now this is how I do my Squats and boy does it take the energy out of you.

Bursitis or tendonitis probly. I had the same symptoms and kept trying to plow through it and deal with the pain. After awhile it got too much to bear and I had to take over 2 weeks off. Ice and Advil, also may have to buy a brace to wear to lift in for awhile. My advice would be to take a week off and see how it feels, don't keep working it or it will keep getting worse, trust me.
