I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

I've recently started using stimulants pre-work out to get fired up. I find pulsing with 24 mg of ephedrine and 200 mg caffeine 45 minutes prior to training gives me very very intense workouts. Ephedrine and caffeine are both fairly cheap and much more cost effective than more expensive fat burners. They make it a lot easier to get more out of your workout...at least in my experience.

Just wondering if anyone else uses stimulants pre-workout and what results you've gotten/what have you noticed?

I use Xyience and it works well but costs too much and doesn't mix. I've been able to workout longer since using it (2 months ago). I'm thinking of trying No-Xplode since I've heard good things about it.

I absolutely love preworkout supplements. The vein bulging and increased energy/focus make lifting the most exciting part of my day, any day. No-xplode is pretty good stuff. It will get you going pretty well, though it is expensive. I'm currently taking shock therapy by Universal. It works pretty well also, but is much less expensive. If you want to research preworkout supplements go to bodybuilding.com . They have huge reviews in their forums on almost any product you can think up.
