I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

I have been eating Natures Path Organic Optimum Rebound Cereal with Banana-Flax-Almond and Matcha Green Tea that has 10g of Protein and is a good post workout cereal.

I get mine at my local Ingles food store and from what I gather their products are world wide just check their website if you want to find out more.

I also eat their Organic Flax Plus MultiBran Cereal with 7g fiber per serving and with 500mg of Omega-3 per serving which is 3/4 cups.

Anyway, thought I'd past this on being this is a Health and Fitness board.

Whoa no way!? That's alot of fiber,I might have to check those out in the natural foods section next time I go grocery shopping. Thanks for the tip!

F.Y.I.,eating 2-3 cupsof Cheerois,Honey Nut Cheerois or Special K is basically half of a multi, just something to consider.

still a terrible carb to fiber ratio (especially the rebound) for anyone who's trying to slim down. it's organic, which means you pay the yuppie food tax, and it's cereal, which means it's already expensive per calorie (do the math sometime--breakfast cereals are a terrible way to buy food energy). color me unimpressed.

those 10g of protein are but a drop in the bucket for what you need postworkout...

I like simple oatmeal with blackstrap molasses and berries. Carbs are high, but I am not trying to drop weight. The nutrients in blackstrap molasses are intense.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.
