Ive Made A Cut In My Diet, I noticed from going from whole milk to 2 percent it would give me the $h!ts And Apple juice Does The Same Thing Since I completley put milk out of my diet, white cramberry dosent do anything, Any Bits of info for me, oh and i dont know if this helps but im trieng to reduce body fat, i also take green tea witch dosent cause any boul movments

radical changes in diet often produce GI distress -- these things take time. swapping fruit juice in for milk is a bad move -- at least as much straight sugar. get used to water, and up your green tea consumption.

adding fibrous veggies & swapping whole grains in for any starches in your diet can also help with the GI issues. though the fiber itself may make things worse for a bit as your body adjusts...

low fat milk isn't bad - get it in the morning and the start of the afternoon, there's lots of (cheap) protein and the carbs should be okay earlier in the day
