Incline DB press Question

Have always been curious when adjusting the level of incline on the chair, whether it was more benefitial to have more of an incline, or as little incline as possible(almost flat), im assuming have more or less incline targets different muscles regions in the chest, and having more incline may even involve the shoulders a bit. Whats the best position of incline, for optimal chest workout?

It's been my impression that incline presses work higher pec muscles. Is this true?

higher = more shoulders

lower = more chest

no harm in changing it occasionally
