I'm going to incorporate swimming as part of my cardio workout. Right now on my gym days, I do the stairmaster which is a great workout. On my non-gym days I go for runs. Now I want to include swimming. I heard that it is great for loosing body fat which I what my main goal is because I am trying to get a six-pack.

Can someone give me a timetable for my swimming workout? Also, what strokes are the best to do?

I'd do front crawl (freestyle). How good are you at swimming? This is important. If you can't swim very well at all, I'd take a workout to determine how far you can go in your given amount of time and post that here. I'll come up with something then.
