To reiterate my sordid history:
<2005>Fractured neck, broken ribs, subdural hematoma, lacerated organs...coma

Since 2006, worked my way up, now I'm BP/DL/Squatting 160lbs. I'm 5'6", 150lbs...

I work out at home and adding plates each set is a pain in the a$$.

Is it a big deal that I leave 160lbs on and simply increase the reps for leg exercises? I know I could DL and squat well into the 200's but I resist cause I'm too lazy to move plates back and forth

I see you guys DLing 300lbs and I suspect I could have pushed that by now, but I'm more concerned with my own development over pure numbers.

It this a big deal?

Quiet being lasy and just put more weights on.

There is no correct way of working out,it all about different strokes for different fokes.

Yes you are 42,you need to push yourself the hardest you can,you aren't getting any younger. You aren't a teenager anymore take advantage anything available to you,creatine,multi-vitamin,whey protein anything short of steroids.
