To reiterate my sordid history:
<2005>Fractured neck, broken ribs, subdural hematoma, lacerated organs...coma
Since 2006, worked my way up, now I'm BP/DL/Squatting 160lbs. I'm 5'6", 150lbs...
I work out at home and adding plates each set is a pain in the a$$.
Is it a big deal that I leave 160lbs on and simply increase the reps for leg exercises? I know I could DL and squat well into the 200's but I resist cause I'm too lazy to move plates back and forth
I see you guys DLing 300lbs and I suspect I could have pushed that by now, but I'm more concerned with my own development over pure numbers.
It this a big deal?
