“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

I'm about to start A-Unit's big lifting program incorporating Bench, Pull-Ups, Squat, and Deadlift, but there is no deadlift area at my gym.

I was thinking about using dumbbells, but does that work the same muscles effectively?

These are usually called romanian deadlifts if you use them to work your glutes and hamstrings. If you keep your legs stiff itll work your lower back. I do romanian deadlifts on my leg day as the final exercise.

You don't need an area. Its alittle tricky to put the first 45's on the bb, but not too hard. Just take a barbell from the bench press area. Do it any any random area.

It's the Uni gym, and there's basically no free areas. There are racks for squats, but it's not enough room for deadlifts. I guess then I'm asking if there are better substitutes than dumbbell deadlifts, or romanian deadlifts (thanks charm).

if there's room for a bar on the hooks of the rack there's room on the floor of the rack.

Romanian Deadlifts are not to be confused with dumbell deadlifts...

Deadlifts with dumbells is just called Dumbell Deadlifts. If you really want to, go for it, but theres one major problem. Your grip will fail well before your back/glutes/hams will. Like it has been said, if you can squat, you can deadlift.

If you have adjustable catch bars, take those out, put the bar on the ground. Simple as that. You don't need a whole lot of floor space. Just enough for the bar to sit on the groun, and for you to have a place to basically stand up.
